Making Contributions to the draft New Aussie Constitution

All Australian citizens are encouraged to forward suggested changes or inclusions for the New Aussie Constitution. We all have different life experiences and skills. You may be able to contribute ideas that others have not thought of, or you may identify a problem with the current draft that needs addressing. You are encouraged to have your say.

Not all suggestions or comments will be incorporated. The current draft is based on some underlying principles which guide the contents. For example, it is a principle that all Australian citizens be treated equally before the law. Any suggested change that would breach that principle are unlikely to be incorporated. Suggestions that would radically change the proposed system of government suggested here are also unlikely to be adopted because a radical change would mean it is really a different proposed Constitution.

If you choose to contribute suggestions for the improvement of the draft New Aussie Constitution, you are agreeing to do so for the benefit of the Australian citizens as a whole, without monetary or moral compensation and you relinquish any and all intellectual property or moral rights in favour of the New Aussie Constitution Trust in perpetuity for any contribution you make.
