Trust Note On The Use of Funds

Any donations received by the New Aussie Constitution Trust are applied to the promotion and communication of the draft New Aussie Constitution to the Australian people. Funds will also be applied to the improvement of the draft through public input and legal review, as well as meeting incidental expenses and costs of the Trust and the Trustee.

By signing up below you are requesting to become a member (beneficiary) of The New Aussie Constitution Trust (the Trust) and are warranting that you are an Australian Citizen and agree to abide by the terms of The New Aussie Constitution Trust Deed. There is no cost to become a member and there is no liability attaching to Trust members. Personal information will be managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of The New Aussie Constitution Trust. Membership of the Trust is at the absolute discretion of the Trustee.
