  •  The New Aussie Constitution Trust (the Trust) collects, stores and uses personal information for the purposes of the Trust in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  • Personal information is provided to the Trust by applicants to become beneficiaries (members) of the Trust; subscribers to Trust news or other media; contributors and people leaving comments; and people signing up to the petition of support. The Trust collects personal information from such sources as is necessary to carry out the purposes of the Trust.

  • The Trust undertakes to collect, store and use personal information only for the purposes of the Trust and will maintain its confidentiality unless compelled by law to otherwise disclose it.

  • The Trust does not provide personal information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes other than professional contractors engaged to provide services directly for the benefit and purposes of the Trust.

  • You may request the Trust to advise any of your personal information held by the Trust.

  • You may request that your personal information held by the Trust is amended or deleted except in cases where that information forms records that are required to be retained by the Trust to comply with its statutory and other obligations.

  • Comments or correspondence provided to the Trust, including via this web site, or proposed amendments to the draft New Constitution become the property of the Trust upon provision, for the benefit of all Australians, including all intellectual property or moral rights pertaining to such submissions.
